It’s been a while since I wrote here. Lately, I’ve been thinking a lot about balance.

I think life is about finding balance. Some things we choose to carry, and some things simply happen to us. Even when everything feels balanced, something always changes. Sometimes it’s a big change, sometimes it’s a small one. Then we find ourselves trying to figure things out again. I still remember what Ketut said about balance in Eat, Pray, Love. I read the book years ago, but that idea has stayed with me ever since.

This afternoon, I watched 2046 by Wong Kar-wai, and it made me want to write again. There’s a line in the film that says, “Love is all about timing.” I kept thinking about it after the movie.

Maybe writing is about timing too. Sometimes you have to write while the feeling is still there. If you wait too long, it disappears.

I started this blog a few years ago, but I decided to remove everything and start again. So if this place looks a little empty, that’s why. The past is still there. I just wanted to make space for what’s next.
